I've spent 2 hours a day walking lose weight. I have done this for months now. Finding new routines is a bore. What could it be? Something that will eliminate one of the doldrums of life.
I have been walking for two hours a day. I feel it takes up too much of my time. enjoying sports is great as exercising feels like less of a chore. It also keeps me motivated. The sole problem is it's occasionally difficult to find a game.
